#goddesspose or #utkatakonasana chosen by @yogaempowerment- and what an empowering pose it is! A pose that allows for me to stand strong with humility and grace. A pose that celebrates the goddess energy of creativity, wisdom and unconditional love. A pose that serves as a reminder to show up with authenticity and to unapologetically be myself. Or in the words of one of my favorite goddesses @heatherashamara, author of Warrior Goddess Training, "Be willing to give up who you think you should be in favor of who you are." So while we must hold ourselves accountable and continue to reflect, learn, grow and evolve, positive transformation begins with self love.
